Welcome to Bel Air Resort & Spa Gili Air. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our resort, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist.
General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bel Air Resort & Spa Gili Air website located at www.belairresort-giliair.com and all reservations, stays and services provided by Bel Air Resort & Spa ("the Resort", "we", "us", "our").
The Resort is located at Dusun Gili Air, Desa Gili Indah, Kec. Pemenang, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat 83352, Indonesia.
By making a reservation or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Reservations & Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from the Resort via email.
- A valid credit card or bank transfer is required to secure all reservations
- Reservations made through third-party platforms are subject to those platform's terms in addition to ours
- The Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion
- Rates quoted at the time of booking are guaranteed for confirmed reservations
- All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as indicated
Check-in & Check-out Policy

Guests arriving before the standard check-in time may store their luggage at the reception and use the resort facilities while their room is being prepared.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.
Payment Policy
The Resort accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (details provided upon booking confirmation)
- Major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard
- Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
A deposit of 50% of the total booking value may be required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges. Tax and service charges will be clearly stated on your invoice.
Guest Conduct & Resort Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
- Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party including children
- Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest's account
- Pets are not permitted on the resort premises
- The resort operates a strict no-drugs policy in accordance with Indonesian law
- Visitors to guest rooms must be registered at the reception
- The Resort reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or illegal
Activities, Water Sports & Excursions
Bel Air Resort & Spa Gili Air offers a range of water sports, snorkeling and island activities. By participating in any activity, guests acknowledge and accept the following:
- All water sports and activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk
- Guests must disclose any medical conditions prior to participating in physical activities
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during activities
- The Resort and its activity partners are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from participation in activities
- Activity schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides and other factors beyond our control
- Refunds for cancelled activities due to weather or safety conditions will be offered as resort credit
Spa & Wellness Services
Advance booking for spa and wellness treatments is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. The following terms apply to all spa services:
- Spa appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment value
- No-shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment value
- Guests are advised to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled treatment
- Guests with medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities must inform the therapist before treatment begins
- The Resort is not liable for adverse reactions where medical conditions were not disclosed
- Spa services are available to guests aged 16 and over. Guests under 18 require written parental consent
Liability & Personal Property
The Resort takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of our guests and their belongings. However:
- The Resort is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal property anywhere on the resort premises
- Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables
- The Resort is not responsible for personal injury sustained on the premises unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the Resort
- Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel
- The Resort's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total value of the guest's booking
Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions or tsunamis
- Extreme weather conditions
- Government actions, travel restrictions or border closures
- Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies
- Civil unrest, strikes or industrial action
- Power or infrastructure failures
In the event of force majeure, the Resort will make every effort to offer alternative arrangements or resort credit where a refund cannot be processed.
Privacy & Data Protection
Bel Air Resort & Spa Gili Air is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and stay
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
- Your data may be shared with service providers directly involved in delivering your stay (e.g. payment processors, activity providers)
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
- By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receiving promotional communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at the Resort shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage guests to first contact us directly so that we may resolve the matter amicably and promptly.
Amendments to These Terms
Bel Air Resort & Spa Gili Air reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
